Click Forgot Password at android app

How to change the Pin

via sms

Type SMS with the format:
Format: GPIN.PIN BARU.PIN OLD
Example: GPIN.123456.123XXX

Send to sms center
Pin Change Notification will be sent to the mobile number of agency
Through Android Apps

Login android app
Select menu settings
Click the menu change / forgot Pin
Input Pin old
Enter the new Pin (consisting of 6 digits)
Type in the new Pin
Save
Pin Change Notification will be sent to the mobile number of agency
If Forgotten Pin

via sms

Type SMS with the format:
Format: FORGOT.ID.Nomor HP
Example 1: FORGOT.VPXXXXXXX.0812345678
Contoh2: FORGOT.TNXXXXXXX.0812345678

Send to sms center
Pin will be sent to the mobile phone number the agency.
through Android

Login android app
Select menu settings
Click the menu change / forgot Pin
Click Forgot Pin at the bottom left
Reset pin your old and new pin number will be sent to the agency.
